Jeanie Campbell

CEO – Majority Owner

Industry expertise, knowledge, and a relentless drive for delivering significant value to the electric power industry form the basis of Jeanie’s leadership of Grid Electric. Her passion for the industry and serving others originates from 7 years of work experience in Alaska’s oil and gas industry, leading to opportunities in the Southeast US to begin her career rise in the electric power industry. After 8 years of serving executives in several electric power companies, and corresponding growth of her industry knowledge and leadership capabilities, Jeanie started her own company she now leads with confidence in its success and determination in the value it delivers.

Jeanie is currently completing her undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She holds certifications in CPR, AED, First Aid, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and FEMA ICS 100-300.

Chad Lamartiniere

Minority Owner

As part owner of Grid Electric, Chad provides financial and operational inputs to position the company for success, utilizing 30 years of industry experience and network of contacts to solidify Grid Electric’s positioning in the electric power marketplace. Chad’s accomplishments in leading business success are supported by his expertise in matters related to company acquisitions; subcontractor relationships; equipment leasing; and hiring of key personnel. Prior to leading the development of companies for sustained growth and profitability, Chad installed, maintained, and repaired electric grid powerlines and related equipment in severe weather and normal operating conditions in various locations across the country.

Tom Hatala

EVP Operations

Tom brings to Grid Electric a technical and executive management history of accomplishments, developed within and outside of the electric power industry. His career spans private industry, government, non-profit, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Tom’s leadership acumen and engineering background support the strategic and tactical roles he fulfills in working with the Grid Electric team to establish a sustainable growth trajectory and promising future.

Tom earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and his graduate degree in Management Information Systems.

Kirby Carter

EVP Business Development

Kirby’s 35 years of experience in the electric power service industry, starting as a skilled lineman and evolving to myriad accomplishments as an industry executive, adds a significant depth of expert insight and an expansive network of industry contacts to the Grid Electric team. After serving on the staff of an Electric Cooperative and later transitioning to his role as founder, owner, and operator of a power line contracting company, Kirby’s renown in the electric power industry further developed through the significant growth he produced for a large, private equity-owned energy company and his leadership in the expansive growth of a multibillion-dollar electric power construction company.

Robert DuBois

Robert Dubois

Northeast RVP

Bob leads Grid Electric’s business development efforts and oversees daily operations in the New England region, along with the states of New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Bob’s thirty-four years of experience in the electric and gas utility industries include an expansive range of accomplishments, from his career start as a journeyman lineman through his emergency storm restoration, project management, and business development exploits for multiple industry leading organizations.

Bob draws from his vast experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and enthusiastic leadership style to offer Grid Electric and its customers a valuable asset for ensuring electric utility challenges are met with rapid, safe, and reliable solutions.

Project Controls Manager

Renea’s proficiency in managing and controlling the flow and processing of project information and documentation underpins Grid Electric’s solid foundation of operational effectiveness. An accounting professional with more than 25 years of experience across the energy and transportation industries, Renea’s capabilities have further developed into project planning and management, contracts, and resourcing capabilities. Her penchant for communication and collaboration ensures that the customer and Grid Electric team work together to realize the deliver of safe and effective solutions.

Accounting Administrator

Kristie is a talented Accounting Administrator, evidenced by the expansive history of accomplishments she has amassed in 20 years of accounting practice. In her daily accounting duties for Grid Electric, Kristie enables an efficient and effective flow of accurate and comprehensive project information, from early preparation stages through project completion and final invoicing, contributing exceptional value to Grid Electric and its customers. Kristie holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
